A simple, flexible, budget‑friendly choice for relaxed creative fun. Signed, Sealed, Delivered – £35 We deliver your kit, collect it after your session, and return your fired pieces. (Within 10 miles of TR3) Perfect for groups who want convenience without the hosted experience. I’m Yours, Hosted Experience – £55 We set up, host your full pottery‑painting session, tidy everything away, and deliver your fired pieces. (Within 10 miles of TR3) Ideal for birthdays, corporate events and anyone who wants a fully guided, stress‑free experience. Cancellation Policy
Glazing Waves offers pottery painting parties that last for 2 hours. A minimum of 7 days’ notice is required to book a private party. The minimum party is 6 participants. The party will be staffed according to your numbers and requirements, plus travel expenses if applicable. If underglaze is used, the pieces will be glazed, fired, and ready to be returned within 2 weeks - local hand-delivery or a postal service will be quoted depending on location. For children’s parties (recommended age 4+ years), a responsible adult must be present throughout the booking. If more than 10 children attend, at least two responsible adults are required. The responsible adult assumes sole responsibility of behaviour, health and wellbeing, including (but not limited to) direct health concerns with the craft products or equipment in use for the children attending the party. A £40 non-refundable deposit is required for party bookings. If you need to amend the numbers attending, a refund will be provided for the pottery that is no longer needed, given 24hrs notice. Minimum number of pottery pieces remain 6. The remaining booking fee payment is due 48 hours in advance. If you need to cancel or change the date of your booking, 48 hrs notice is required for a refund on the pottery items. All underglazes, glazes, and paints used by Glazing Waves are water-soluble. The purchaser agrees to assume all liabilities for any damages resulting from the use, misuse, or accidental spillage of our products. The event/party organizer is responsible for returning the venue to its original state.
